My name is Gregg Winsor. I currently work as an Information Specialist at a library in Johnson County, Kansas. (An Info Spec is a paraprofessional position; I do the work of an actual librarian, but don’t get paid as well.)
I’m happily married to a remarkable woman who is far, far smarter than I am. I have three cats who are polite enough to allow us to maintain the fiction that we own them and not the other way around.
I’m attending Emporia State University in the fall in the quest for my MLS. I understand there will be reading involved in this, somehow.
I have no hobbies aside from reading, watching movies, following sports, the occasional disasterous foray into creative writing, and obsessing over popular culture. I’m a political progressive, and unapologetic about it. I’m also a remarkably lousy speller. I can swing dance, count to ten in several different languages, match wits at twenty paces, and can tell you who Lindsay Lohan is going out with at any given time. (Not that that’s anything to be proud of.)

Hey Gregg
Love the blog. I will definitely seek out the Jay Winik book. By the way, I found your blog through classreport.org–yes, I am also a survivor of RSHS theater.

Hey Gregg,
I really like your blog. Good luck at school. I just graduated this past May and am still looking for a job here around Lawrence (and surrounding areas). It is rather difficult because I want to stay in this area. Any suggestions?
Keep up the good work!

Gregg – Dude.
Glad to see you are doing well. After an unsuccessful search on Facebook for you – I have found you here: in a mountain of cool blog posts and pop-culture ramblings. Things are wonderful here in the South and I would love to catch up with you. Shoot me an email.

Hey Gregg– saw the Rasberry Baby clip on Gavin. How old is he now? Does he look like his mom? Do you still work for the Jo Co Library? Is mom a stay at home mom? The baby is really cute. I’m sure you are proud.
